No two organisations are exactly the same, so we offer the flexibility of a choice of pricing options dependent upon your business' particular requirements. These are:
Fixed Fee
As the name suggests, our business improvement practitioners will operate under a fixed fee contract to deliver the organisation's objectives. The price and anticipated results will be discussed prior to commencement and the relevant resource will be allocated to ensure that we deliver within agreed deadlines.
Monthly Support Contract
Depending on the nature of the client activity, we would be willing to discuss a monthly support package, aimed at providing the organisation with a flexible approach to project intervention. This type of support allows us to amortise the cost of a programme over a 6, 12 or 18 month duration and also provide timely reviews with all members of the implementation team.
Incentivised packages
Reward
We're so confident that we can exceed your expectations that we also offer a Reward package as one of our pricing options. Under this arrangement a proportion of the contract value is offset against agreed performance targets.
Benefit sharing
Depending on the nature of the intervention, We would be willing to offset a significant proportion of its fee in return for a share of the benefits realised by the client. Once the intervention objectives, measurement system and targets have been agreed, a benefit sharing package will be agreed by the client and picme.
picme will then provide the resources to meet the required objectives and target in exchange for a financial share of the savings realised.
